Indian Oil Petronas Private Ltd (IPPL) is a supplier of LPG, Butane & Propane gases, a joint venture company of Indian Oil Corporation Limited and Petroliam Nasional Berhad (Petronas) (100% held by the Malaysian Government), both are fortune 500 companies.
Propane / Butane import / export Terminals of IPPL are located at Haldia(West Bengal) and Ennore (Tamil Nadu). They undertake the receipt of propane / Butane ship tankers (both Imported and coastally moved), storage of Hydrocarbons in fully refrigerated state, blending, dosing and dispatched in bulk for oil PSU’s in Eastern and Southern regions of India with a view to bridge the Demand Supply imbalance.
IPPL is also leading parallel marketer of Propane, Butane, and LPG in India.
Santane was awarded the project to carry out Certification of Emergency Response and Disaster Management Plan (ERDMP) under the PNGRB (Code of practices for ERDMP) Regulations 2010 for the LPG Import/Export terminals.
Scope of work includes:
- Review & Gap analysis of ERDMP document of the terminals and submit gap analysis observations with respect to PNGRB regulations.
- Precertification Audit to be conducted for respective pipeline, draft audit report to be submitted to client, action plan for mitigation measures to be agreed with respective team.
- Certification Audit report & issuance of certificate
