Reena Koul
United Kingdom
Reena works in Business Development and is with Santane since year 2010. Her qualifications include B.Eng. (Mechanical) and MBA (Finance). Her role includes developing strategic plans to advance the company’s mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability and growth as an organisation. She manages the planning, developing, and implementing strategies for generating resources and/or revenues for the company. Her role involves stakeholder liaison and team management. Reena is keen on fitness and spends her free time working out in open areas or in gym.

Darijus Kusas
Lithuania
Darijus operates from Lithuanian office and is with Santane since year 2019. He has done his Masters in Chemical Engineering from Kaunas University of Technology. His role involves conducting Formal Safety Assessments, Process Design and Drawing Reviews. He has more than 26 years of experience in Process and Design Technology. He has worked in Petroleum, LPG Gas, Operations Management, Process safety, Management and Product Development. He like to travel and enjoys sailing.

India
Seema operates from Indian Office and has been with Santane since year 2011.Her position involves business operations management and promoting Santane in Indian markets by liaising with clients from various business sectors. Seema has extensive experience of about 10 years in areas like Project Management, Team Management, Recruitment and Sales. She has MBA degree is Human Resources Management. She enjoys travelling and exploring new places.

Petra Zilkova
Czech Republic
Petra operates from Czech Republic. She has more than fifteen years of experience in Chemical industry, bringing forth an in-depth understanding of process safety management.
She is adept in all aspects of process safety management including process safety information, management of change, design safety review, pre-start up safety review, process hazard analysis and coordinating all parts of process safety.
Her qualifications include Chemical Engineering from Prague Institute of Chemical Technology, Prague. When free, she likes gardening, and spending time with her family, traveling and visiting friends.

Nick Heather
United Kingdom
Nick has worked as Naval Architect and Project Manager. More than 30 years of experience working within the energy sector, in the UK, Portugal, Spain and Houston, Texas, with office and site roles for conversion and newbuild facility project. He has worked with EPC contractors, drilling, and energy companies on an array of international projects for Brazil, West Africa, North Sea. Developing from an engineering apprenticeship HNC, with B.Eng. in Ship Science he has been recently elected as a FRINA. When not supporting Santane he is keenly addressing decarbonization and sustainability for the LNG project and energy value chain project in Alaska.
Nick is engaged with business development and strategic guidance to Santane and ensures uptake of latest technological advancements in his role as NED. He is a keen sailor and biker, and siting on a RYA technical committee
